  4. Spread half of the garlic butter rice mixture in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Layer the browned beef over the rice, and sprinkle with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles. Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a crispy finish, if desired.
