  • 4 filets Salmon Filets skinless or skin-on based on preference
  • 2 tablespoons Butter can substitute with olive oil
For the Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder can substitute with fresh minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika smoked paprika adds richness
  • 1 teaspoon Salt preferably sea salt or kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground for best flavor

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  3. Place the salmon filets skin-side down on the baking sheet, spaced evenly.
  4. Melt butter and brush it generously over the salmon filets.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper over the salmon.
  6. Bake for 12 to 16 minutes until flaky and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  7. Allow the salmon to rest for a few minutes before serving, optionally adding fresh lemon juice.
