Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, dill pickles, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until the sauce is smooth and well combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add finely chopped onion and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until softened. Then add ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for 6-8 minutes until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for about 10-15 seconds. Spread about 2 tablespoons of special sauce on each tortilla. Layer on cooked beef mixture, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and optional dill pickle slices.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly. Repeat with remaining tortillas and fillings. Slice each wrap in half for easy handling and serve immediately.
