Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soak the lasagna pasta sheets in hot water for about 30 minutes.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes, then drain excess fat.
  3. Sauté diced onion with cooked beef until translucent, about 2 minutes.
  4. Combine jarred pasta sauce and ricotta cheese with the beef mixture and heat through.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
