- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the soft butter and granulated sugar for 3-5 minutes until fluffy.

- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Divide the dough into 3-4 parts and mix in 1-2 tablespoons of Jello powder into each portion.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
- Roll small portions of dough into balls, coat in additional sugar, and flatten slightly.
