Step-by-Step Instructions for Hobo Casserole Ground Beef
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil or butter.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the onions are translucent.
