Method
 

Dough Preparation

  2. Add granulated sugar, egg, egg yolk, melted butter, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  3. Gradually mix in flour and salt, then knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 to 1.5 hours until doubled in size.
Filling Preparation
  1. Mix softened butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Stir in crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and mini chocolate chips.
Rolling and Filling
  1. Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
  2. Spread the filling mixture evenly across the dough, leaving a small border.
  3. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 12 equal rolls.
  4. Place the rolls in a greased baking pan with space between them.
Second Rise and Baking
  1. Cover the rolls and let rise for another 30-45 minutes.
