  2. Transfer the roasted sesame seeds to a pestle and mortar or spice grinder. Coarsely crush the seeds for about 1-2 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed sesame seeds with mayonnaise, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey. Mix well.
  4. Slowly drizzle in the toasted sesame oil while continuing to stir the mixture until well-combined.
  5. Taste your dressing and adjust the flavors as necessary, adding water or more honey and vinegar to reach your desired consistency.
