  • 1 each Thai Chili Pepper Sliced, seeds removed if desired

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together finely grated fresh ginger, fresh lime juice, and rice vinegar until smooth. Set aside.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine Asian pears, celery, cilantro, green onions, and sliced Thai chili. Drizzle the dressing over the top and toss gently.
