Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°F (90°C) to keep the cooked biscuits warm.
  2. Slice the day-old biscuits in half horizontally and arrange them on a baking sheet.
Egg Mixture
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
Cooking
  1. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add butter to melt.
  2. Dip each biscuit half into the egg mixture for about 5 seconds.
  3. Cook the soaked biscuit halves cut-side down for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
