  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Adjust to your personal preference.
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Substitute with nutritional yeast for a vegan version.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add your choice of rigatoni or farfalle pasta, cooking until al dente for around 8-10 minutes. Drain and transfer the hot pasta to a mixing bowl to cool slightly.
  2. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.
  3. Season the Pasta: In the mixing bowl with the slightly cooled pasta, add olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Cook in the Air Fryer: Place the seasoned pasta into the air fryer basket in a single layer. Set the timer for 10-14 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Serve and Enjoy: Once crispy, remove from the air fryer and serve immediately. Garnish with extra Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley if desired.
