- Boil the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add your choice of rigatoni or farfalle pasta, cooking until al dente for around 8-10 minutes. Drain and transfer the hot pasta to a mixing bowl to cool slightly.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Season the Pasta: In the mixing bowl with the slightly cooled pasta, add olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Toss to coat evenly.
- Cook in the Air Fryer: Place the seasoned pasta into the air fryer basket in a single layer. Set the timer for 10-14 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve and Enjoy: Once crispy, remove from the air fryer and serve immediately. Garnish with extra Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley if desired.
