- Cut the pressed tofu into 1-inch cubes for even cooking.
- Toss the tofu cubes with soy sauce, then sprinkle cornstarch, garlic powder, and paprika. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Cook the tofu cubes in a single layer in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove the tofu and let it cool slightly before serving.
