For Cooking
  • 1 cup Water Needed for pressing the tofu.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Press tofu by wrapping it in a clean towel and placing a heavy weight on top for 15 minutes.
  2. Cut the pressed tofu into 1-inch cubes for even cooking.
  3. Toss the tofu cubes with soy sauce, then sprinkle cornstarch, garlic powder, and paprika. Drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
  5. Cook the tofu cubes in a single layer in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Remove the tofu and let it cool slightly before serving.
