Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Filling: Finely chop green onions and mince garlic. Combine shrimp with garlic, ginger, green onions, salt, and pepper. Marinate for about 15 minutes.
  2. Set Up for Frying: Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F.
  3. Assemble the Wontons: Place a spoonful of shrimp mixture in the center of a wonton wrapper. Seal with beaten egg.
  4. Fry the Wontons: Fry sealed wontons for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
