Instructions
  1. Melt the yellow candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments until smooth.
  2. If making pops, gently insert a lollipop stick into each marshmallow and let rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Dip each marshmallow into the melted candy coating and allow excess to drip back for a smooth finish.
  4. Immediately sprinkle colorful sprinkles over the wet candy coating on each marshmallow.
  5. Place decorated marshmallow chicks on a parchment-lined tray and let them set for 10-15 minutes.
