For the Whipped Ganache
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Heat until simmering for ganache.
  • 8 oz Chopped Semi-Sweet Chocolate Use baking chocolate for smooth texture.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8"x8" baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt chopped semi-sweet chocolate and unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  3. Mix in granulated sugar and light brown sugar until combined.
  4. Whisk in vanilla extract and large eggs until fully incorporated.
  5. Fold in all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, espresso powder, and fine sea salt until just combined.
  6. Spread brownie batter in the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  7. Allow brownies to cool in the pan for about 30 minutes, then cut with a round cookie cutter.
  8. Heat heavy cream until simmering, pour over chopped chocolate, let sit, then stir until smooth.
  9. Whip ganache until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  10. Pipe whipped ganache onto each brownie bite generously.
