  1. Prepare Coconut Cream: Heat room temperature full-fat coconut cream in the microwave for about 1 minute, then set aside.
  2. Melt Sugar: In a medium pot, spread granulated sugar and heat on medium for 2-5 minutes without stirring until caramelized to golden amber.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Once edges melt, push molten sugar toward center, lower heat to medium-low and mix for another 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add Coconut Cream: Remove pot from heat and add warm coconut cream. Stir carefully as mixture bubbles.
  5. Simmer: Return pot to low heat and stir for 1-2 minutes to achieve a smooth consistency.
