Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice off the top and bottom of the ripe pineapple and peel away the skin.
  2. Chop the pineapple into uniform chunks.
  3. Blend the pineapple chunks in a blender until you achieve a silky, smooth puree.
  4. Prepare your dehydrator with silicone rollup sheets on the trays.
  5. Pour the puree onto the sheets, spreading it evenly about 1/4 inch thick.
  6. Set the dehydrator to 50°C (122°F) and dehydrate for 9 hours.
  7. Check the rollups for doneness, if sticky continue dehydrating for another 2 hours.
  8. Once done, cut the rollups into strips and store in an airtight container.
