- Slice off the top and bottom of the ripe pineapple and peel away the skin.
- Chop the pineapple into uniform chunks.
- Blend the pineapple chunks in a blender until you achieve a silky, smooth puree.
- Prepare your dehydrator with silicone rollup sheets on the trays.
- Pour the puree onto the sheets, spreading it evenly about 1/4 inch thick.
- Set the dehydrator to 50°C (122°F) and dehydrate for 9 hours.
- Check the rollups for doneness, if sticky continue dehydrating for another 2 hours.
- Once done, cut the rollups into strips and store in an airtight container.
