- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, fresh parsley, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix until thoroughly blended.
- Moisten your hands and shape the kofta mixture into small oval shapes, about the size of a golf ball. Place them on a tray.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F). Brush the grill grates lightly with olive oil.
- Place the shaped koftas onto the preheated grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, mix the plain yogurt, fresh lemon juice, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- Serve the grilled koftas alongside the creamy garlic yogurt sauce for dipping.
