Preparing the Flatbread
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface or place the flatbread on a lined baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the flatbread base, spreading it evenly.
- Thinly slice the pears and layer them over the base.
- Crumble Gorgonzola cheese evenly over the pears.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with honey, sprinkle walnuts and arugula, and season with black pepper.
