Ingredients

For the Base
  • 2 cups Fairlife Chocolate Milk Can substitute with regular chocolate milk or non-dairy options.
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk Any unsweetened plant milk or regular dairy can be used.
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder Can swap with vanilla protein powder for a unique twist.
For the Flavor
  • 1/4 cup PBfit Powder Regular peanut butter works but increases fat content.
  • 1 package Sugar-Free Chocolate Jello Pudding Mix Can swap for other sugar-free flavors or omit.
  • 1 pinch Salt Sea salt or kosher salt are recommended.
For the Fun
  • 1/2 cup Mini Peanut Butter Cups Optional; can use other chocolate candy or omit.

Equipment

  • Ninja Creami

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In your Ninja Creami pint, pour in the Fairlife chocolate milk and unsweetened almond milk. Add the chocolate protein powder, PBfit powder, sugar-free chocolate pudding mix, and a pinch of salt. Stir thoroughly for about 2–3 minutes until the mixture is smooth and well combined, making sure there are no lumps for a creamy base.
  2. Cover the Ninja Creami pint securely with its lid and place it in the freezer for at least 24 hours.
  3. Once the mixture is frozen solid, remove the pint from the freezer. Immerse the bottom of the pint in hot water for about 60 seconds.
  4. Insert the frozen pint into your Ninja Creami machine. Select the 'Lite Ice Cream' setting and allow the machine to churn for about 2–3 minutes.
  5. If it seems too powdery, drizzle a little bit of almond milk around the edges and re-spin for an additional 1–2 minutes until you achieve your desired creaminess.
  6. Create a small hole in the center of the churned ice cream and gently place mini peanut butter cups into it.
  7. Once mixed, serve the Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Ice Cream immediately in bowls or cones.

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days, but best enjoyed frozen. For any leftovers, a quick re-spin will refresh the texture before serving again.
