Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl or jar, combine chia seeds with coconut milk. Stir gently to immerse seeds.

  3. Blend the mixture vigorously for 1-2 minutes to prevent clumping and ensure smooth texture.
  4. Let the chia mixture rest for 5 minutes at room temperature, then stir again.
  5. Transfer to jars and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4-6 hours.
  6. Before serving, stir again and adjust sweetness if needed. Top with fresh fruit just before serving.
