Steps to Prepare

  3. In a large pitcher, combine the cooled honey mixture, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 1 cup of cranberry juice. Stir well for about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Chill the sparkling water before serving. Gently pour the chilled sparkling water into the pitcher, stirring very gently to preserve carbonation.
  5. Fill each glass with ice cubes, then pour the prepared soda over the ice. Garnish with fresh lemon slices and a sprig of mint.
