- Heat a 6.5-7” skillet over medium heat and add coconut oil, butter, or cooking oil.
- Whisk eggs in a bowl until smooth and pale yellow, then mix in milk, sugar, and flour.
- Pour the batter into the preheated skillet, cover, and cook on medium-low for 7-10 minutes.
- Check for doneness; it should be puffed and golden with a slight jiggle in the center.
- Once done, slide onto a serving plate and garnish with fresh berries, icing sugar, or maple syrup.
