Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Blend the shrimp, pork fat, egg white, chopped green onions, cornstarch, fish sauce, garlic powder, sugar, sesame oil, and white pepper in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Trim the crusts from the white bread and cut into quarters if desired.
  3. Spread the shrimp mixture generously onto each bread piece.
  4. For frying, heat oil in a deep pan to 325°F and fry each piece until golden, approximately 2 minutes per side.
  5. For air frying, preheat to 350°F and air-fry for 7-9 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. For the oven, preheat to 400°F and bake on a wire rack for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve warm.
