- Begin by peeling your ripe banana and placing it in a small mixing bowl. Using a fork, thoroughly mash the banana until it's smooth and creamy, with no large lumps remaining.
- Next, add 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt to the mashed banana in the mixing bowl. Stir the mixture vigorously using the fork until it’s completely blended and has a uniform consistency.
- If you’re using peanut butter for an extra flavor boost, add 1 tablespoon of natural, unsweetened peanut butter to the mixture. Gently fold it into the banana and yogurt blend until fully incorporated.
- Grab silicone molds or an ice cube tray, and carefully spoon the mixture into each cavity. Use a small spatula or the back of a spoon to ensure the mixture is evenly distributed and packed down slightly.
- Place the filled molds in the freezer and let them freeze for 2–3 hours or until the treats are completely solid.
- Once frozen, remove the molds from the freezer. Carefully pop out the individual Frozen Yogurt Banana Dog Treats by gently pulling on the edges of the silicone molds.
