- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat for 6-8 minutes, breaking it into smaller pieces.
- Sprinkle the cooked beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Roll each biscuit to about 1/4 inch thick and place 2 tablespoons of beef filling in the center.
- Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, pinch to seal, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Whisk together melted butter and fresh minced garlic, then brush the tops of each bomb with the garlic butter.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over each bomb.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with dipping sauces.
