Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat for 6-8 minutes, breaking it into smaller pieces.
  3. Sprinkle the cooked beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Roll each biscuit to about 1/4 inch thick and place 2 tablespoons of beef filling in the center.
  5. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, pinch to seal, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Whisk together melted butter and fresh minced garlic, then brush the tops of each bomb with the garlic butter.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over each bomb.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with dipping sauces.
