- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, mixed nuts, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, flaxseeds, dried cranberries, cinnamon, and salt.
