  • 1 cup Chicken Broth low-sodium or homemade
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour or substitute with whole wheat or gluten-free flour
  • 1 cup Oats rolled or instant oats
  • 1 large Egg or replace with 1 tbsp flax meal + 2.5 tbsp water
Optional Add-ins
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Parsley for freshening breath
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots for nutrients and sweetness
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree for flavor and health benefits

Method
 

Biscuit Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine chicken broth, all-purpose flour, oats, and egg in a mixing bowl. Mix until a cohesive dough forms, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Cut shapes from the dough using cookie cutters and place on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
  6. Cool the biscuits on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
