Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Slice each croissant in half horizontally with a serrated knife.

  4. Spread the goat cheese mixture on the bottom half of each croissant.
  5. Add thinly sliced apples on top of the goat cheese evenly.
  6. Top with fresh arugula if using.
