Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and coat the insides of the baking bowls with non-stick spray.
  2. Place bowls on a baking sheet, spacing them evenly apart.
  3. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, eggs, oats, banana, maple syrup, and baking soda. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the blended batter into bowls, filling each about two-thirds full. Press blueberries into the batter.
  5. Bake for about 35 minutes or until tops are puffed and golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
