Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and coat the insides of the baking bowls with non-stick spray.
- Place bowls on a baking sheet, spacing them evenly apart.
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, eggs, oats, banana, maple syrup, and baking soda. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the blended batter into bowls, filling each about two-thirds full. Press blueberries into the batter.
- Bake for about 35 minutes or until tops are puffed and golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
