  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 24-cup mini muffin pan or line it with mini cupcake liners.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt 1/2 cup of unsalted butter over medium heat. Stir in 1 cup of granulated sugar, 1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt until smooth and glossy. Let cool slightly.
