- Place a slice of bread in the pan and spread a layer of spinach pesto on top.
- Tear the burrata and distribute it over the pesto layer, covering the bread.
- Top with the second slice of bread and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip the sandwich carefully and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from the pan, let cool for a minute, slice diagonally, and serve.
