Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Combine the shredded cooked chicken, cooked rice, egg, and grated cheese in a large mixing bowl. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
  3. Fold in the finely grated carrots, squeezed zucchini, diced bell peppers, and chopped green onions.
  4. Scoop out about 1½ tablespoons of the mixture and shape into small balls, placing them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  6. Allow the bites to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before serving.
