Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, granulated sugar, and instant dry yeast. Stir gently and let sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add salt, minced garlic, and dried herbs to the yeast mixture and stir well to combine.
  3. Gradually add all-purpose flour and grated parmesan cheese to the bowl, stirring until a sticky dough forms.
  4. Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the kneaded dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a cloth, and allow to rise for about 1 hour.
  6. After rising, punch down the dough, divide into equal portions, and shape into balls.
  7. Cover the dough balls and let them rise for an additional 15-20 minutes while preheating the oven to 375°F.
  8. Brush the tops with melted butter and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
