Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ½ cup teriyaki sauce, warm cooked rice, and eggs. Add soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, ginger powder, garlic powder, and minced onion. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  4. Bake for 45-55 minutes until a meat thermometer reads 155-160°F (68-71°C). The crust should be golden-brown.
  5. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes, then spread the remaining teriyaki sauce on top.
  6. Slice into portions and serve warm with steamed rice and veggies.
