Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine butter and milk over medium heat until melted and simmering for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and baking powder into the warm mixture and stir to form a soft dough.
  4. Cool slightly, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well until the dough is smooth and sticky.
  5. Fold in grated cheese until evenly distributed.
  6. Portion the dough into 1.5-inch rounds on the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack before serving warm.
