- Make four cuts in each King's Hawaiian Original Sweet Roll, slicing them into eight sections but keeping intact.
- Blend cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl until smooth (2-3 minutes).
- Pipe or spoon the cream cheese filling into the cuts in each roll, filling them generously.
- Whisk together butter, egg, milk, sweetened condensed milk, garlic, salt, parsley, and paprika until creamy (3-4 minutes).
- Gently dip each filled roll into the garlic custard mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top of each roll.
