- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Steam or boil the cauliflower and broccoli until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain thoroughly.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked vegetables with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Mix well.
- If using, fold in the shredded chicken into the mixture.
- Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and transfer the vegetable mixture into it, spreading evenly.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs and remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbling.
