  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Optional; can be replaced with crushed crackers.

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Steam or boil the cauliflower and broccoli until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain thoroughly.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked vegetables with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Mix well.
  4. If using, fold in the shredded chicken into the mixture.
  5. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and transfer the vegetable mixture into it, spreading evenly.
  6. Sprinkle breadcrumbs and remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbling.
