  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger or fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes to taste
For Garnish
  • 2 tbsp Green Onions sliced
  • 2 tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat until hot.
  2. Add ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned, then drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in diced onion and minced garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.
  4. Add shredded cabbage and stir. Cook for about 5 minutes until the cabbage wilts but stays crunchy.
  5. Mix in soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes to meld flavors.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
