- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Place the salmon filets skin side down on a lined baking sheet and spread miso butter over each fillet.
- Bake the salmon for about 15 minutes until it flakes easily.
- While the salmon bakes, combine chopped scallions, shallots, minced garlic, and crushed red pepper in a bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and pour it over the scallion mixture, stirring well. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Fold in cilantro, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice into the salsa verde.
- Serve the baked salmon with the sizzled scallion salsa verde on top.
