Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine butter and white miso paste until smooth.
  3. Place the salmon filets skin side down on a lined baking sheet and spread miso butter over each fillet.
  4. Bake the salmon for about 15 minutes until it flakes easily.
  5. While the salmon bakes, combine chopped scallions, shallots, minced garlic, and crushed red pepper in a bowl.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet and pour it over the scallion mixture, stirring well. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  7. Fold in cilantro, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice into the salsa verde.
  8. Serve the baked salmon with the sizzled scallion salsa verde on top.
