Strawberry Slush
  • 2 cups Frozen Strawberries Can be replaced with fresh strawberries; additional ice may be required.
  • 1 cup Strawberry Juice or Water Java waters or any berry juice can also be used.

Preparation Steps
  1. In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen pineapple chunks with pineapple juice or water. Blend on high until smooth, about 30–45 seconds. Adjust liquid if too thick.
  2. Rinse the blender, then add the frozen strawberries and strawberry juice or water. Blend on high until silky smooth, about 30–45 seconds. Adjust liquid if too thick.
  3. Spoon a layer of pineapple slush into tall glasses, followed by a layer of strawberry slush. Alternate layers until glasses are filled. Swirl gently to create a marbled effect.
  4. Serve immediately with a garnish of fresh strawberry or slice of pineapple on the rim.
