- In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen pineapple chunks with pineapple juice or water. Blend on high until smooth, about 30–45 seconds. Adjust liquid if too thick.
- Rinse the blender, then add the frozen strawberries and strawberry juice or water. Blend on high until silky smooth, about 30–45 seconds. Adjust liquid if too thick.
- Spoon a layer of pineapple slush into tall glasses, followed by a layer of strawberry slush. Alternate layers until glasses are filled. Swirl gently to create a marbled effect.
- Serve immediately with a garnish of fresh strawberry or slice of pineapple on the rim.
