Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes.
  2. Pour in 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, swirling it around to coat the bottom evenly.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
  4. Introduce grated fresh ginger to the pan, stirring it in with the garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
  5. Toss in chopped bok choy and stir-fry for approximately 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  6. Add soy sauce and stir for 1-2 minutes until well combined.
  7. Drizzle in rice vinegar and continue to cook for about 1 minute.
  8. Remove from heat, drizzle with sesame oil, and toss to combine.
  9. If desired, sprinkle in crushed red pepper flakes and mix.
  10. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve hot.
