Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut off the top of the garlic head, drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, wrap in foil and roast for 20 minutes until soft and fragrant.
- While roasting, prepare your pizza dough by rolling it into a 12-inch round on a lightly floured surface.
- Once the garlic is slightly cool, squeeze the roasted cloves into a bowl, mash them, and mix in ricotta cheese, remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the white sauce.
- Spread the white sauce over the dough, then layer with shredded chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, and oregano.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, garnish with fresh basil, slice, and serve hot.
