Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut off the top of the garlic head, drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, wrap in foil and roast for 20 minutes until soft and fragrant.
  2. While roasting, prepare your pizza dough by rolling it into a 12-inch round on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Once the garlic is slightly cool, squeeze the roasted cloves into a bowl, mash them, and mix in ricotta cheese, remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the white sauce.
  4. Spread the white sauce over the dough, then layer with shredded chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, and oregano.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
  6. Remove from oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, garnish with fresh basil, slice, and serve hot.
