Step-by-Step Instructions for Everything Bagel Casserole
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté chopped onion until translucent, then add spinach until wilted.
  4. Combine bagel pieces, bacon, sautéed onions and spinach, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese in a bowl.
  5. Whisk eggs and milk together, season with salt and pepper.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the bagel mix and fold gently to coat all ingredients.
  7. Fold in cubed cream cheese evenly throughout the mixture.
  8. Transfer to greased baking dish and bake for 45-55 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
