Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, onion, and garlic. Drizzle with olive oil and add seasonings. Toss to coat.
  3. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
  4. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
