  • 1 tablespoon Chili Garlic Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar rice vinegar preferred
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Water to adjust consistency
For Garnishing
  • 2 stalks Green Onions chopped
  • Sesame Seeds optional, for garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine sliced boneless, skinless chicken breast with egg white, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Heat about 1-2 inches of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the marinated chicken pieces in batches for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  3. In the same skillet, lower the heat and add sesame oil. Sauté minced garlic and ginger with dried chilies for 1-2 minutes, then add the remaining sauce ingredients and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the fried chicken into the sauce and toss to coat thoroughly, letting it simmer for an additional minute.
  5. Serve the Dragon Chicken on a dish garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy it with rice, noodles, or lettuce cups.
