- Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175ºC).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, combine cut biscuits, chopped ham, and half of the shredded cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture over the biscuit mixture and gently fold together.
- Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish and pour the mixture into it, spreading evenly.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes.
- Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving and garnish with sliced green onions.
