Step-By-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175ºC).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, combine cut biscuits, chopped ham, and half of the shredded cheese.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the biscuit mixture and gently fold together.
  5. Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish and pour the mixture into it, spreading evenly.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes.
  8. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving and garnish with sliced green onions.
