Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Unroll one tube of refrigerated crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Bake for about 10 minutes until lightly golden.
- Layer the corned beef, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut evenly over the baked crust.
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, paprika, and black pepper. Drizzle over layers.
- Open the second tube of crescent roll dough and cover the layers. Seal edges tightly.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Allow to cool for about 10 minutes, then slice into squares.
- Serve warm, with additional dressing or dipping sauce on the side.
