Ingredients

For the Dough
  • 1 can Cooking Spray Prevents sticking; you can use vegetable oil instead.
  • 2 tubes Refrigerated Crescent Rolls Serves as the dough base, ensuring flakiness; consider puff pastry for a different texture.
For the Filling
  • 16 oz Corned Beef Provides savory flavor; can swap with turkey or pastrami for a twist.
  • 8 oz Swiss Cheese Melts beautifully for creaminess; can replace with provolone or cheddar if desired.
  • 1 cup Sauerkraut Adds tanginess; substitute with coleslaw for a crunchier texture.
For the Topping
  • 1/4 cup Melted Butter Adds richness and color; olive oil can serve as a lighter option.
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt Enhances overall flavor; use sea salt if preferred.
  • 1 tsp Caraway Seeds Introduces traditional Reuben flavor; omit if not available or substitute with dill seeds.
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Creates a creamy base for the dressing; Greek yogurt can be a healthier alternative.
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup Offers sweetness; can swap with barbecue sauce for a different flavor profile.
  • 1 tbsp Horseradish Imparts spice; use prepared mustard for a milder kick.
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce Deepens flavor; can substitute with soy sauce if needed.
  • 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar Balances flavors; maple syrup works as a natural sweetener.
  • 1 tsp Paprika Adds color and subtle sweetness; smoked paprika can enhance the taste.
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper Provides heat; use white pepper for a more mild profile.
