- Heat a small skillet over medium heat and add a splash of vegetable broth or a drizzle of olive oil. Warm for about a minute.
- Add minced garlic and finely chopped Habanero peppers to the skillet and sauté for about 3 minutes until fragrant.
- Transfer the sautéed mixture to a blender. Add tahini, a splash of water, lemon juice, and salt and pepper. Blend until creamy.
- Check the sauce consistency; if too thick, add more water gradually while blending until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, or lemon juice as needed. Serve immediately over pasta or as a dip.
