Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Gently butterfly the shrimp and drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with smoked paprika, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and pepper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, drained cooked spinach, chopped artichokes, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Italian breadcrumbs, cheese, minced garlic, dried herbs, and fresh lemon juice.
  4. Spoon the crab filling into the butterflied shrimp, packing it well, and arrange on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque, and the filling is golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving, optionally drizzling with garlic butter dill sauce and garnishing with fresh herbs or lemon wedges.
